Return Policy

Exchanges can be made within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise and refunds can be made 7 days from receipt. The item must be in brand new condition, un-used and unwashed.

Please write us an email and someone will respond within 24 to 48 hours.
Then send the item back to:

Please be sure to attach a note stating exactly what you would like us to do.

Also for exchanges be sure to include 6 dollars for shipping and handling.
You can either send a check, money order or cash.

Shipping Policies

Does FishMarketMaui.com charge for shipping?
FishMarketMaui.com does charge for shipping, we will ship via USPS flat rate with delivery confirmation, this is the cheapest way to go!

Can I ship outside the United States?
FishMarketMaui.com ships to all 50 U.S. states and to Canada as well. To ship outside the US & Canada email us at GotFish@FishMarketMaui.com.

Can my shipping addresses be different than my billing address?
Yes, when you checkout, check the box that says different ship to address and as long as the billing address is the same as whats on your credit card you can add a different ship to address. FishMarketMaui.com allows people the option of providing a different address to ship to, besides the first initial address area (i.e., billing address information).

Is my order shipped the same day that I place the order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of order.

Where is my tracking number to track my order?
Once an item is shipped you will be receiving an email with your order number and delivery confirmation. Since we use US Postal service there is no tracking info.
